How it stays honest
Nobody moderates this. The stakes do.
To flag an address you stake money behind the claim. Filing costs something, so junk flags cost the person filing them.
Disagree with a flag? Stake against it. Once the doubt outweighs the claim, a three-day contest window opens.
When the window closes, the side with more staked behind it wins — and takes the other side's stake. A struck flag stops counting.
No admin, no owner, no way to edit or delete. The score is a plain function of every flag that's still standing.
